What you’ll be doing:

As a Program Sales Specialist, you’ll provide support to sellers through strategies that promote growth, optimization of inventory, and increase sales. You’ll also be maintaining relationships with eBay Category managers, sales leads, and other strategic internal customers

Key tasks include:

  • Prepare and deliver on-boarding presentations explaining eBay’s on-boarding requirements to our most strategic sellers.
  • Prepare large sellers to adjust business and customer service processes for optimal integration to eBay.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to understand seller requirements and provide onboarding support.
  • Collect info and data that supports migration to new features
  • Monitor overall Seller performance to ensure successful seller experience.

  • GCX experience
  • Minimum 1-year experience in an acquisition, sales or retention role or
  • Minimum 1-year customer service experience
  • Understanding of e-commerce and the e-commerce market
  • Experience in working in an outbound call environment
  • Self-starter who is willing to work autonomously to meet goals
  • Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
