The primary function of a Customer Service Coordinator is to provide superior customer service to all Eaton customers and completing the cycle of service requests and enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your essential responsibilities:
+ Desire to provide excellent customer service first time every time;
+ Ability to develop strong relationships with all customers and internal stakeholders
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills by completing emails and other tasks such as completing emails and orders
+ Answering calls with emphasis on first call resolution
+ Coordinate technicians to perform on-site works of customer equipment at the agreed time and date
+ Manage service jobs using ERP systems
+ Cope under pressure, high resilience and problem-solving skills
+ Flexible and proactive approach to work
If you have:
+ Tertiary education and 2 years’ relevant experience
+ SAP experience – preferable
+ High level Microsoft Office application skills – Especially Excel
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Accurate numeric skills with attention to detail
+ Enjoy fast-paced, team-orientated environment
+ Problem Solving/Analytical Skills
+ Can-do positive attitude
+ A team player who works well under pressure
