We are looking for multiple Customer Service / Data Entry consultants for a 3-month contract with the potential for extension. As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be maintaining and updating customer accounts using Salesforce alongside liaising with customers through a variety of platforms.
To be successful for this position, you will be someone who takes pride in their work. You will also have exceptional communication skills, phone manner and the ability to adapt for each individual customers needs.
