    Our client is a family owned, market leading Construction company within Western Sydney. They are looking for an experience Customer Service Specialist to join their close-knit team.

    Job Description

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide Sales Support and advice to customers over the phone
  • Provide customer training relating to product specification as required in all applications over the phone
  • Take phone orders and enter them into the system as required
  • Ensure all orders are taken and entered accurately and efficiently.
  • Look for cross sell & upsell opportunities
  • Maintain current knowledge of all existing and new products
  • Building great relationships with customers
  • Prioritise and manage time effectively and efficiently
  • Have an engaged understanding of the company’s vision and values
