As our business continues to go from strength to strength we are looking for exceptional Customer Service Professionals to join our team in brand new office in Bella Vista
Answering inbound calls
Administration duties as required
Administration support to the Allocation Team
Ensure clients are contacted in a timely manner to relay information regarding delays as per companies agreed schedules
Monitor Drivers on time performance, reporting any pending failures to the Allocator and refer major breaches to the Operations Manager
What you need:
Previous Customer Service experience required preferably in transport
Must be available weekdays and weekends, earliest 6.30am latest 8.00pm
Sound MS Office skills and exposure to FMS would be an advantage
Great time management skills
Above average communication skills
