YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

This opportunity is for a Customer Service Representative as part of our A & L Windows and Doors facility based at Dandenong South. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers, with the opportunity to grow your career with a global brand.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Ensuring efficiency and excellence in dealing with clients
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Document all communication and information into a CRM
  • Follow the sales procedures and processes 
  • Utilise problem solving skills to increase outcomes
  • Liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations
  • Skills and experience

  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Ability to work in a team, and has a ‘customer comes first’ attitude.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft (including excel)
  • Ability to multi task and work to deadlines
