    Job Description

    The key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Hands on customer service through phone and emails
  • Consulting and actively promoting campaigns and product solutions
  • Creating, building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Handling and resolving customer issues or disputes
  • Meeting and exceeding daily KPI’s and targets
  • The Successful Applicant

    The successful candidate will posses the following:

  • Customer service experience, in inbound and outbound phone calling
  • 2-3 year’s experience in a similar role
  • SAP Essential
  • Selling products or services effectively over the phone with seamless communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers using strong interpersonal relationship skills
