Duties include but are not limited to:

Support internal sales to contribute to the achievement of the National Sales Budget
Receive, qualify and complete all customer enquiries
Enter Quotations and Sales Orders
Manage inventory and delivery requirements to ensure delivery in full on time
Liaise with Stores, Warehouse staff and service staff to ensure that customer service remains the priority
Communicate clearly to both internal and external stakeholders regarding any potential risks, delays or impacts on efficient delivery
Supporting Sales and operational planning of inventory;
Management of inter-site transfers of inventory and demand planning;
Provide support to the wider sales and operations team when required
Assisting in inventory receipting and invoicing;
Additional overflow support for sales and operations
Administration tasks including reporting and records management;
Other duties as reasonably required.

Reporting Requirements

Weekly sales reports to management
Weekly summary of quotations and opportunities
Issues reporting and relevant course of action taken/required
Participate and contribute in regular team meetings – ensuring that information is presented clearly in relation to sales, customer service, opportunities and market feedback.
Maintain and develop customer contact database, sales statistics and history

To be considered for this role you will possess:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service in fast paced high volume environment.
Demonstrated experience in Sales Force highly desirable but not essential
Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills 
Maintaining effective relationships with key people and team members, recognizing and resolving conflict;
Influencing skills, the ability to convince others as to the merit of an idea or proposal.
Adaptable, collaborative, ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers
Demonstrated experience in prioritizing and effectively multi-tasking
A passion for excellent customer service
Ability to efficiently learn new products and services
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of assigned duties in a timely manner.
