**Job Description Summary**
The Customer Solutions Administrator will support the ANZ Operations Team by assisting with process and systems administration that relate to both internal and external customers.
This role will help drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across the Supply Chain organisation through the provision of information analysis, process support, customer reporting requirements and participating in global, regional and local project initiatives.
Working closely with the BD ANZ Contracts team, prepare and analyse Customer KPI reports for Supply Chain relating to individual Customer Contracts.
Analyzing data to ensure key internal stakeholders have a full understanding of any performance related outcomes that require investigation.
Produce reports for Supply Chain, Management and the Businesses in SAP, JDE, BI, SCM, including routine scheduled reporting and ad hoc requirements as necessary.
Working with customers to cleanse their own vendor master data to ensure seamless transition to operational EDI capability
Adhere to the requirements of the Quality Management System as maintained by BD ANZ.
