Purpose of the role:
Within EndeavourX the Delivery Lead takes on the Scrum Master role. The Scrum Master is an expert in the Scrum framework and is a servant leader for the squad. Their primary function is to be the Scrum steward, ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, rules and holds the team collectively and individually accountable for any team norms they have agreed upon.
The Delivery Lead is also responsible for facilitating the Squads planning of work and supporting coordination activities between relevant parties eg other Squads, internal and external parties and teams. The Delivery Lead will support the Squad as Ideas and Initiatives progress to implemented and operating solutions.
