About the role
Dementia Support Australia (DSA) is a government funded national partnership led by HammondCare. A Component of DSA is a 24/7 phone support service with dedicated Dementia Phone Consultants providing assistance to Care Givers struggling with changes in behaviour or quality of life.
Are you looking for a role where you can utilize your background in Nursing or Allied Health? This role demands a knowledge of supporting older people and carers living with Dementia and a strong leadership mentality to provide excellent customer service.
This role also requires a candidate with competency to analyse data and translate that into solutions for service improvements and benefited by experience in customer service or a contact centre.
