About the Role
Actively participate in MNHHS’s involvement in the HHP through liaising and negotiating with partners as well as assisting MNHHS fulfil its obligations in line with the Precinct Key Objectives.
Define and co-ordinate MNHHS requirements and/or involvement in relation to future development opportunities for the HHP.
Be MNHHS’s key point of contact with relevant planning authorities, including Economic Development Queensland, Department of Environment and Heritage Protection, the Queensland Heritage Council and Brisbane City Council for HHP projects.
Coordinate the integration of the Herston Quarter development with existing organisations based within the Herston Health Precinct including the transition and operational logistics of existing organisations
Coordinate town planning interface, heritage considerations, tenancy issues and the Development Application processes as required.
