The Digital Account Manager is responsible for proactively building business relationships with key dealer management, which in turn will result in building of ongoing ‘partner’ relationships. These relationships will result in you having a clear understanding of your clients’ business, their needs and wants, leading to effective ‘best practices’ advice and solution sales of carsales’ product and services.
What you’ll do
Be the key point of contact for your portfolio of dealer clients across NSW. You will meet with clients regularly to discuss new opportunities, products, results, facts, figures or whatever else they may require.
Adapt a strategic data lead approach to meetings and interactions with your clients. You will gather engaging data, insights and results to create engaging and moving presentations to be delivered to prospective and current clients.
Grow sales and generate revenue by working collaboratively with other Account Managers to come up with proactive solutions for our clients.
What we’re looking for
Extensive sales experience and a track record of meeting targets, ideally in a similar Account Management type role. A good understanding of digital media and/or the auto industry will be a pleasant bonus.
A positive and articulate communicator (both on paper and in person) who can build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as deliver engaging presentations to a variety of audiences.
Demonstrated ability to follow through issues to resolutions.
Excellent attention to detail with exemplary time management & organisational skills.
