Do you have a proven experience with increasing engagement and activity?
The sole purpose of this role is to drive B2B and B2C acquisition and retention, increase market share and support the execution of a fully integrated digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible in driving demand, building and managing all online communications. Reporting directly to the Customer Communications Manager this role requires someone who is data-driven and an expert in writing and creating high quality digital content. You will be highly skilled in social media and content marketing, a power user of analytics tools, competent in email marketing techniques and understand SEO and SEM.
To be successful in the role you must have excellent communication skills with a strong technical ability. You will be fully across traditional and digital communications as you will be responsible in managing all social media channels and support the implementation of advertising and manage customer engagement. Building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders is extremely important and you will be confident in delivering key messages and acting as a point of contact for the Marketing & Communication Team.
