The Digital Delivery Technical Director, Built Environment ANZ is a key member of the Digital Delivery team in the Asia Pacific region, responsible for providing exceptional Digital Delivery systems and processes across Built Environment in Australia and New Zealand. You will lead Digital Delivery initiatives in BE ANZ, contributing to the further development and implementation of the Digital Delivery strategy for Built Environment.

You will work with valued clients, supporting their digital transformation journeys as necessary, assisting bids, and being a visible industry leader in Digital Delivery. You will develop best practice and ensure an advanced and consistent approach to digital delivery for Built Environment across Australia and New Zealand.

You will provide consistent leadership by demonstrating Jacobs’ core values and fostering an inclusive, collaborative and diverse culture across the Built Environment ANZ team. A culture that embodies Jacobs’ Culture of Caring and prioritises the health and wellbeing of people. You will work closely with Jacobs sales team and the Built Environment leadership team to define the Jacobs offering and ensure it can thrive in a global setting, encouraging cross-geography relationships in order to maximise the benefit of global integrated delivery to our clients and our people. You will lead by example, managing the digital delivery implementation on projects, reviewing digital engineering requirements in contracts, and defining optimal and innovative approaches to project delivery.
