Join Mimco as the Digital Manager and be responsible for leading a team to drive the sales and profit of the online store whilst optimizing customer experience through the creation and implementation of the eCom and digital marketing strategy.
Manage sales and trade of the online store by continually identifying opportunities to evolve and improve sales, profit and customer experience
Oversee and manage the execution of merchandise and marketing plans
Drive Mimco’s online service levels including fulfilment KPIs, customer service & CX working closely with the group distribution and customer service teams
Measure and monitor online performance, presenting trade results and recommendations
Identify, drive and coordinate the implementation of site improvements across the web platform working closely with the Group Omni team
Use online metrics to identify areas of improvement and strategic opportunities for the business across CX, trade, merchandise, digital marketing, site improvements and fulfilment
Lead the development and delivery of the digital marketing strategy across paid digital channels including SEM and emails and SEO to deliver key KPI’s, merchandise, seasonal and brand marketing strategy
The Ideal Candidate has
A strong background in online trading/merchandising for an online store or business, preferably within the retail/fashion/beauty industry
Experience in driving sales and conversion online through trade recommendations and CX improvements
Exemplary knowledge of web store operations and marketing tools including content management systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and Google Analytics
Leadership experience with proven experience in coaching and developing a team
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management experience
