Management Services provider, is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive – Digital Media and Analytics, based in Sydney, to support our Standards portfolio globally. With a B2B and software-based product focus, the Digital Marketing Executive – Digital Media and Analytics will perform a split strategic and executional role (planning, executing and optimising) within the Digial Media space. As part of the role, the successful candidate will be required to create and optimise digital strategies to deliver integrated end to end, go to market plans across multiple touch points to drive web traffic, conversion, SEO, lead flow and revenue from varied marketing initiatives worldwideGiven the global focus of the role, the ability to work remotely with key stakeholders is critical as the role will be required to partner cross-functionally with remote teams. An overview of the roles main functions include:•Manage day-to-day campaign activities within the Digital Media space (including SEM/PPC, Social, retargeting and affiliates) across cross-functional and virtual teams to meet objectives and deadlines;•Develop strategic go to market plans;•Continually review and develop the digital customer journey, including mapping and UX;•Manage Analytics Solutions (Google Analytics); extract and translate actionable insights;•Plan, design and implement data analytics and custom reporting across digital assets and channels;•Manage and validate databases to drive personalization;•Source user insights through data and testing to define KPIs and inform our digital campaigns; •Complete A/B testing and ongoing optimisation against performance metrics;•Liaise with marketing and media agencies to increase ROI; •Manage agency relationships with Paid Search, SEO and Digital creative agencies ensuring they perform to contract expectations and driving maximum value from the relationship;Experience and Skillset Required: •Strong digital and analytic marketing background (performance media/PPC experience highly regarded) ideally within and an ecommerce business;•Experience with a marketing automation platform (Adobe Campaign highly regarded);•Demonstrable experience utilising a variety of digital marketing channels (including automation, email, performance media, SEM, social media, content, SEO);•Exposure to working with data for analytical and targeting purposes. Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics highly regarded;•Design experience including basic Photoshop / Indesign skills / Canva;•Degree level education in a marketing or relatable field is preferred.Interpersonal Skills:•Confident and effective communicator, both written and oral, and presenter;•Ability to quickly pick-up and manage multiple discrete project components;•Ability to work within virtual teams and be a strong marketing advocate;•Strong networking skills;•Self-motivation and drive coupled with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a broader team;•Attention to detail, accuracy and accountability.Please note, we cannot offer visa sponsorship for this opportunity, so a valid work permit is required.SAI Global is a recognized leading provider of integrated risk management solutions, assurance, and property services.
