As the Digital Media Strategist, you will derive insights to increase audience engagement across News Corp Mastheads. This role will be responsible for planning and delivering all digital media investments, as well as the development of digital media strategies to mitigate audience overlap.
**What’s the role?**
+ Leading the digital media plan to engage and convert off-platform digital audiences through driving to site and retargeting through to conversion
+ Provide strategic digital media recommendations for Always-on and campaign based activity, always applying the lense of how all of the digital paid media investment works together as one.
+ Provide insights into the performance of digital paid media through lead-indicators and how they apply to lag-indicators such as CPA
+ Seek and recommend new digital media channels to accelerate the performance of digital paid media
+ Optimise digital media investment to drive business outcomes
+ Ensure digital media investments are delivered on time and to budget
+ Lead the relationship between consumer and digital media buying across programmatic, SEM and Social while also providing weekly status updates to the team on deliverables and performance
**Who are you?**
+ 6+ years experience working in digital media or similar roles – media agency experience is preferred.
+ Proven understanding of digital marketing principles and experience in omni channel campaign delivery
+ Deep understanding of digital media landscape, at the forefront of digital marketing and changing customer behaviour, well versed in industry best practice.
+ An innovative thinker with a test and learn mind-set, experience in agile optimisation preferred
+ Comfortable using data driven approaches to develop targeting, measure, interpret results and optimize
+ Exceptional interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders of all levels
+ Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or similar field
