The DON participates in all decisions and accountabilities regarding the management of Northern NSW Mental Health, AOD services (NNSW MHAOD).<br /> <br /> The DON will provide nursing leadership in the development of the highest standards of clinical practice within the Service to ensure the service meets the needs of its patient, carer&rsquo;s and community.
