About the role
We are seeking Disability Support Workers with previous experience join our Shared & Supported Living team in Broken Hill on a casual basis.
The clients we support have a broad range of support needs that include high or complex medical needs, dual diagnosis and behaviours of concern. You will be required to actively support our clients to live independently through the provision of daily living support (including personal care), domestic duties, mentorship, assistance with medications and support to achieve their individual goals.
Please note: Due to the support needs of our clients, you must be available and willing to work a varied pattern of shifts across a 24/7 roster (including short shifts, night shifts, weekends and public holidays) in order to be considered for these roles.
Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
