Distribution & Logistics Manager – Australia
The D&L Manager plays a critical role in all aspects of the supply chain into and throughout the International supply chain with specific focus on the Australian Distribution Centre. The role will focus on the contractual agreement with 3rd party warehouse, inbound deliveries and outbound distribution and ensure that contractual expectations are exceeded in terms of operational performance. The D&L Manager will have the skills and commercial acumen to proactively resolve operational and financial issues and address contract-related issues that arise, whether internally or externally. The individual will be able to collaborate with a variety of business support functions, including Customers Service, Finance, Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Legal and Supply Chain whilst ensuring adherence to process, continuous improvement and vigorous supplier management aligned to the International Fulfilment strategy. D&L Manager Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include the financial monitoring, control of the contracts, ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental, Regulatory and Quality compliance is maintained, and the Company’s procedures and objectives are achieved
Produce and analyse progress reports, update costs and forecastsEstablish and maintain supplier relationshipsClear Supplier Management against contractChair and attend internal and external meetings and ensure the production of accurate monthly MRB meetings. Record and validate records of all meetings and discussions and actions.Management and record keeping of all contract-related correspondence and documentation.Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally.Design & communicate performance-related information- KPIs to all stakeholders.Ensure a commercial plan and volume forecast is in place and monitored monthly for successful commercial delivery to the customer.Define and implement best practice supply chain processes and procedures and incorporate appropriate supply chain rules and controlsEnsure process implementation and adherence with other Vyaire functionsComplaint management and resolution.sponsibilities:

Plan supply chain projects and ensure they are programmed to a level of detail necessary for the supplier and business to deliver without delay or disruption to businessProvide processes and communication networks to allow business growth incl. RDX and Go-direct initiativesEnsure supplier team compliance with Company commercial policies and proceduresReview suppliers Contingency plans (CP) regularly and maintain correctly.

D&L Manager Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s Degree requiredMinimum of five years progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in supply chain, contract negotiation and managementDemonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skillsStrong contract experienceStrong operations experienceStrong International supply chain experienceStrong medical device (& associate regulation) experienceExcellent people management skills with the ability to influence and mentorExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with both customers and all levels of staffProblem solving skills and analytical thinkingSAP knowledgeSupply chain mapping and continuous improvement experienceProject implementation experience
