To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent experience in the disability, aged, community or health sectors
  • An understanding of ‘human rights informed’ quality management principles and standards
  • An understanding of the NDIS key principles
  • Knowledge of the interface between quality, practice and safeguards in the prevention of abuse and neglect of people with disability
  • Demonstrated project management ability
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve desired outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within an organization
  • Well-developed skills in MS windows-based programs.
  • About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to work with closely with the Executive in our Community Services Division contributing to the development and implementation of the divisional quality improvement plan and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across the division.

    The Divisional Quality Manager is a senior pivotal role which will be accountable for supporting the operational division to provide safe, high quality supports for people with disability so as to meet and exceed NDIS Quality and Safeguards accreditation standards and other applicable regulatory and legislative requirements.

  • Current National Police Check
  • International Police Check (if applicable)
  • Evidence of eligibility to work within Australia
  • A copy of your Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • A current driver’s licence
  • If you have lived or worked overseas in the last ten years for a period of 12 months or more, we require a certified copy of your International Police Check, or evidence of applying for an international police check. The Police Check must cover the entire period you were overseas.
