Core duties and responsibilities:
Distributes documents to relevant people.
Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.
Liaises with Client / Contractor / Subcontractor.
Contributes to the development of document control processes and practices.
Provides technical advice and support to staff and stakeholders
Catalogues, indexes, and registers documents and drawings in an electronic document management system (EDRMS), performing checks/audits to ensure the quality of the metadata information.
To be successful you must have:
Knowledge in TeamBinder, Objective an advantage.
Must have good, solid and varied project document control experience. 6 + years.
Well developed skills in analysing and resolving.
Highly developed organisational skills.
A modicum of skill and efficiency in both MS Word and excel e.g. basics / intermediate level (ability to format documents and develop templates etc.).
