    Our client is a diverse state government enterprise embarking on a system modernisation program. The company has a dynamic and friendly company culture based on collaboration, inclusion and diversity. They are currently undergoing an exciting enterprise transformation program moving from disparate inhouse systems to a consolidated stack of cutting-edge cloud-based technologies. Because of this transformation an opportunity exists for an energetic and dedicated Dynamics 365 CRM Analyst to be a key member of the program. The role will initially begin as a 6-month contract however there is the possibility that role will remain with the company as the SME for CRM post completion of the implementation.

    The Role

    Reporting to the Program Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting testing, training and process documentation activities related to the new CRM platform and other key systems in support of project outcomes.

    Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Develop Test Scripts;
  • Integration, System and Acceptance Testing;
  • Data manipulation for data migration;
  • Support Data Migration;
  • Training material creation;
  • User process documentation and training;
  • First Level CRM Support; and
  • Field and Entity creation and other general configuration activities.
  • The Successful Candidate

    Within the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key experience/capabilities:

  • Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years) working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (ideally 365);
  • You will have strong critical thinking, planning and problem-solving skills;
  • You will be adept at training business users at all levels and possess strong oral and written communication skills; and
  • Above all else, you will have a humble, kind, friendly and trustworthy personality with excellent listening skills. You will have the ability to see outside the box and be proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic and technically competent.
