As an Electronic Control Systems Engineer you will apply your advanced knowledge of motor control software solutions to define, design and develop software solutions for Motor Control projects for diverse applications. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a culturally diverse and global team as we evolve and expand our presence on a global scale where you will contribute to providing our customer a continuous stream of innovative and reliable products.

Your Responsibilities will include…

  • Programming micro controllers, designing controls at both motor control and appliance application levels
  • Researching new sensorless control approaches and adapt and tune these for new application requirements
  • Collaborating with our customers to gain a deep understanding of current and future requirements for controls
  • Working on core R & D projects and lead software development projects for electronics
  • Working on challenging tasks and problems to solve and developing high quality solutions
  • Creating, building on and refining our development tools and methods

Ideally you …

  • Have advanced embedded electronics motor controls software product development experience in consumer or industrial applications
  • Are a hands on type of person who likes to get on with performance testing and experiment design
  • Are experienced in developing advanced motor control software solutions and motor control algorithms
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment where you’ll be challenged every day
  • Are customer centric working with customers to interpret their requirements for application specific solutions
  • Have proficiency in C++ and Linux with a Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
