About the role:
You will be responsible for leading and managing our employee relations and HR advisory function, embedding a recently introduced people services model designed to ensure VLA’s workforce has access to contemporary people management policies, practices and systems. Working collaboratively with your colleagues on the P&C management team, you will ensure the Advisory Services team makes a positive contribution to the development of organisational capability and culture.

About you:
Drawing upon your broad HR experience that includes overseeing the management of complex people and industrial relations matters, this is an opportunity to lead a trusted team who provide managers and staff with fit-for-purpose advice and resources. You are highly regarded for your ability to ensure your teams are respected and effective providers of support and advice within an organisation.
