Position Summary

  • Location:  Warana Beachwood Aged Care Facility
  • Remuneration Value:  $29.47 – $30.42 per hour (FTE=$58,232 – $60,109) + 9.5% Super + Salary Packaging + Employee benefits
  • Blue Care is actively inviting applications from experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Warana Aged Care Facility Team.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse with proven aged care experience aiming to secure a flexible casual contract in a leading aged care provider.

    Your role:

    You’ll provide person-centred, holistic nursing care to residents as directed, applying your clinical skills and knowledge to ensure a safe environment for residents that enhances their quality of life – including their physical, social and emotional needs.

    You’ll work collaboratively alongside a multi-disciplinary team, supporting one another to deliver outcomes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvements, centred on improving resident’s health and wellness within our facility.

    Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Medication and wound management.
  • Provide empathetic Palliative cares
  • Provide assistance to other care staff and health professionals.
  • Documenting and updating care plans in line with emerging assessments

  • Ability to clearly follow direction and use your initiative
  • Confidence in managing your time effectively, including working autonomously
  • Relevant vocational qualifications and AHPRA registration including Medication Endorsement
