The Position:

An opportunity exists for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Reynella Lodge. This facility is modern and well-equipped to deliver a model of care that supports Life Cares objective of enabling each individual to  “Live Every Day”.

 

The Enrolled Nurse is primarily responsible for medication administration, wound management and  for the supervision of Personal Carers working in their areas of responsibility. 

 

This role will be casual in the first instance and will require an individual who is flexible to cover am and pm shifts across a 7 day roster.

 

The Person:

The person we are seeking will be a highly skilled,  flexible, reliable and experienced Enrolled Nurse. Your demonstrated leadership skill  and knowledge of the  aged care environment will ensure you make an effective contribution to the team at Reynella Lodge. 

 

Your passion for this sector will be evident and you will possess  excellent time management, communication and people skills, which will ensure you are aligned with Life Cares mission to “partner with people to embrace life and Life Every Day”

 

Key experience skills & attributes:

  • Enrolled Nurse with post graduate Aged Care experience
  • Excellent time management with the flexibility to meet changing requirements

  • Demonstrated understanding and compliance with Aged Care Standards and WH&S legislation
