About the Role

As the Executive Assistant, you will have proven success in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors. The Executive Assistant will be a critical partner to the Leadership team and the CEO.

This client is based on our outskirt of Sydney’s CBD , however, will be prominently working from home. Paying a salary of $70, 000 – $80, 000 + super + packaging.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as the gatekeeper and the first point of contact for the CEO
  • Diary management as well as end-to-end inbox management for the CEO – monitor, prioritise, and filter all correspondence daily exercising judgement and initiative to request, coordinate, manage, and action as required.
  • Producing correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, travel plans, interviews, conferences and scheduling of events 
  • Manage all administrative functions of the organisation including general bookkeeping
  • About the Successful Candidate

    The candidate will have experience providing support at the C-suite level, and a genuine passion to make a difference in the not-for-profit sector – however, sector experience is NOT required.

    Key Skills Include:

  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Technologically savvy with an intermediate-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experienced within the commercial sector is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stay outcomes-focused under pressure
  • Initiative to find solutions and the ability to exercise judgment to act in the best interest of the organisation
  • Have a collaborative working style while maintaining strict confidentiality – previous exposure to Board support is highly desirable
