This leading investment firm are looking for an excellent Executive Assistant who has been involved in project support and administration, to support a small team who work to tight deadlines and have extensive travel and coordination needs. Supporting Managing Director and the wider sales team, you will be an experienced EA, ideally from a boutique background and used to working in a small office environment, often working on your own and using your drive and tenacity to support a busy executive and team. Your duties will include: Extensive diary management; When circumstances change, extensive travel coordination both domestic and international; Full inbox management (replying, delegation and filing); Preparation of reports and papers required for meetings; Compilation of presentations and various business documents; Expense processing and facilitation of invoices sent for approval; and Relationship and deadline management with your Manager’s direct reports and broader business unit. With a strong background as an Executive Assistant who has supported an environment which requires extensive coordination, ideally within a boutique financial services firm, you will have a very high attention to detail, be able to deliver to tight deadlines and be a great team player. You will also have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and pick up new systems easily.
