This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 5 years.

About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to drive the development and execution of our significant health service strategy, including the WACHS Strategic Plan and Sustainable Health Review recommendations. The Executive Director will lead the WACHS change framework and systems, to enable change design and assurance, for significant organisational, regional and service changes. The role directs the project management, strategic change, planning and evaluation functions.

About the successful candidate: A proven strategic thinker who has experience building change leadership and capacity across a complex organisation. You will have demonstrated skill in steering and implementing change, with a track record of transforming objectives into actions, and outcomes. This is supported by your collaborative communication and stakeholder engagement skills. As an executive member, you will be a high performer with established capabilities to contribute to the strategic, governance, business and operational directions of WACHS.
