The Patient Safety and Quality Unit are looking for an Executive Support Officer to join their team in a full time capacity. Located at Princess Alexandra Hospital, the successful candidate will provide high-level meeting secretariat support for various peak safety and quality standards meetings. This position also provides leave or relief cover to the Coronial Liaison Officer.

About the Role
The Patient Safety and Quality Executive Support Officer, Clinical Governance Unit, Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is responsible for completing high-level meeting secretariat support for various peak safety and quality standards meetings, maintain the hospital-wide procedure management system and provide high-level support during accreditation reviews and to liaise with, cooperate with and advise/assist staff of departments within the PAH and broader Metro South Hospital and Health (MSHHS) as required to ensure objectives are achieved.
This position also provides leave or relief cover to the Coronial Liaison Officer role as required within the PAH Patient Safety and Quality Unit where viewing of deceased bodies is a requirement.
