About Our Client
Our client is a growing distribution company who has just implemented a new system and is enlisting the assistance of an experienced accounts payable officer to help improve processes amongst the team. The team is high performing and is now ready to improve efficiency’s to cope with the growing demand of the company. The company prides itself on its employee performance, retention and satisfaction; by implementing progressive workplace practices. While the role is for a minimum of 6 months it will be on a full time basis and offers a number of great benefits such as onsite parking and an onsite gym at their Preston.
Reporting to the finance manager, some key roles and responsibilities entail:
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate will have extensive accounts payable experience and are comfortable dealing in high volume environments. Strong ERP experience is high advantageous as is strong excel skills. The ability to identify where processes can be altered and improved is also highly favourable. The ability to be apart of a successful team and have tangible examples of good performance is a necessity. Lastly, good communications skills and a patient, yet optimistic attitude is a pre-requisite.
