**Role Summary:**

An opening for Field Specialist – Completion/IPS/ IWS –
based in Jandakot, Australia. The position will support the Field Operations
Division.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Under minimal supervisionruns multiple applications of medium to high risk in one or more productlines in the Completions/IPS/IWS Product Group.

+ Continues to expand andapply application knowledge and expertise to include applications ofincreasing complexity and/or risk in Completions/IPS/IWS and/or otherproduct groups.

+ Ensures suppliedequipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job.

+ Provides front-linesupport with customer and accurately completes all paper work prior to orupon completion of job.

+ Uses experience andknowledge of applications to ensure products and services are of highest quality.

+ May conduct on-the-jobtraining for some Completions/IPS/IWS applications as required.

+ Handles special projectsas assigned.

+ Conducts all businessactivities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliancerequirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

**Qualifications/Requirements:**

+ Two year Technical Degreepreferred.

+ 5 Years of Completions/IPS/IWSfield experience

**Desired Characteristics:**

+ Competent in runningmultiple medium to high risk applications in the Completions/IPS/IWS ProductGroup.

+ May be competent inrunning low to medium risk applications in other product groups.

+ Thorough knowledge ofdrilling and completion techniques and drilling/work over rig operations.

+ Thorough mechanical andapplication proficiency with Completions/IPS/IWS products in at least oneproduct line.

+ Ability to work well andcommunicate well with others.
