your new role
Due to growth and project wins, they are now seeking an Intermediate or Senior Fire Engineer with a good understanding of fire dynamics to join their established team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will report to the Lead Fire Safety Engineer but still have close working relationships with the Discipline and Project Leaders and the Directors.
As a Senior or Intermediate Engineer, you will be working autonomously or within a project team, either as a supporting engineer or a project engineer depending on the scale of the project, taking ownership in developing performance-based fire engineering, egress & computer based fire modelling whilst managing stakeholders by ensuring design outcomes are compliant, efficient and cost-effective.
your key skills and qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will have a relevant recognised Engineering/Architectural degree and ideally have further qualifications (Masters or Diploma) in Building Fire Safety/Risk Engineering. They are also open to those currently completing such qualifications. On top of this, you will also have:
