Position summary

The role is responsible for providing administration and clerical services to ensure effective, efficient and accurate fleet information is prepared and provided to and on behalf of the National Fleet Manager for Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs).

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or similar is advantageous
  • Minimum two years’ experience in an administrative and/or fleet support role would be beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a range of people from different backgrounds
  • Ability to liaise with and coordinate resources in an operational environment
  • Developed administrative and planning skills
  • Time management skill – ability to prioritise
