**What’s the role?**
_Reporting the the Digital Director you will:_
+ Be the creative food lead for all recipe-led commercial content briefs across Australia’s #1 and #2 food media brands.
+ Work closely with the digital, print and video production teams to devise original recipe content with the power to inspire shoppers and drive action.
+ Using the very latest insights, brainstorm unique video concepts with viral potential, designed to stand out among the clutter of today’s social media feeds.
+ Manage the commercial recipe development process from concept ideation to reviewing final stills, copy and videos, as well as commissioning freelance contributors.
+ Ensure all content is visually immersive and adheres to our brand style guidelines.
+ Liaise closely with studio shoot teams, including stylists, photographers, chefs and producers, to troubleshoot any issues quickly and ensure each recipe is tested to the highest standards before publication.
+ Shoot stills and short, social-led videos at home using mobile phone and tablet cameras, when required.
+ 6-month maternity leave contract.

+ Highly experienced Food Director with a deep understanding and evangelistic passion for mass food.
+ A genuine passion for creating achievable yet delicious recipes that appeal to everyday Australian cooks.
+ Proven ability to drive integrated commercial content from ideation to publication (print, video and digital).
+ Budget management and commissioning experience.
+ Creative thinker with a strong visual eye for creating recipes that inspire readers to click – and cook!
+ Highly collaborative publishing professional with proven track record in recipe development and contributor management.
+ Experience in creating recipe content for video and an understanding of the video production process.
+ Ability to create content that delivers across any channel – from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to magazines and cookbooks.
+ Experience working to specific creative briefs, including utilising supermarket ingredients in new and innovative ways.
+ Ability to work to daily deadlines and deliver quality recipe content in an extremely fast-paced environment.
+ Internal and external stakeholder management.
+ Experience working as hand talent for video shoots (face-to-camera experience also highly regarded).
