About the role

As Front End Developer at Nintex you will be performing the role of a UI subject matter expert. This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months and will be working in an agile team focussing on our cloud platform – Nintex Workflow Cloud. With a user interface that just makes sense and is super easy to navigate, our NWC users can design workflows of varying complexities to help automate their business processes

We have some upcoming usability changed across NWC and this role will largely be responsible for implementing them, meaning initially your core work will be utilising your experience with CSS and Sass. Once this is completed you will contributing towards building dashboards and our workflow designer, applying your skills in react.js and redux.

Please note – due to the effects of COVID-19 we are all (Nintex globally) working from home at this time. Once we get to a point where it’s safe for us to return to the office, we’d love to see you there. Until then you’ll need to be ready and able to work remotely!

About You

  • Strong knowledge in CSS and frameworks like Sass and LESS.
  • Strong knowledge in JavaScript and experience with JavaScript frameworks, in particular – react.js.
  • Strong knowledge in JavaScript unit testing frameworks like Jest or Karma.
  • Any experience working with TypeScript would be beneficial, as would experience in cloud deployments.
  • You have an agile mindset and can take a proactive role in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You believe in “responding to change over following a plan”.
  • You have strong understanding of software development patterns & practices and their values.
  • You have ability to take ownership of features, drive, develop and deliver them.
  • You have experience with developing modern, accessible, scalable, and responsive web applications.
  • What’s in it for you?

In addition to a highly competitive salary and benefits package, you’ll work alongside inspiring colleagues and a leadership team that genuinely cares. We do our best to support our employees in their career journey. This includes providing benefits that matter, such as flexible work arrangements, paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers, employee assistance programs, discounts on gym memberships and across life’s essentials. Not to mention, we have a pretty cool office with all the frills, including unlimited snacks, Friday night drinks and monthly breakfasts.
