Our company is seeking a Part-Time General Office Assistant to join our team. We require the applicant to be able to work 2 days (Thursday & Friday) in a job sharing capacity. Hours of work are 9.00 am – 4.00 pm.

Applicants must have advanced skill levels on MYOB and be highly organised with excellent telephone manner.
The successful applicant would report to the Office Administrator, and responsibilities stretch across Reception, Administration & Finance.
Duties are, but not limited to:
Accounts Data Entry
Phone management with good phone manner
Advanced MYOB skills are a MUST
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Liaising with factory staff
To be successful you will need to have the following:

To be adaptable, reliable and have attention to detail.
Experience in navigating computers especially being able to use MYOB, Microsoft Word and Excel
Have an approachable and friendly nature with strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a wide range of people.
Show initiative and be willing to help wherever possible
Present neat and tidy.
