About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and lead generation across a portfolio of boutique development projects and communities throughout South East Queensland. Key responsibilities include;
Manage and lead an in-house marketing team comprising of a marketing coordinator and a graphic designer;
Build and maintain a market leading brand presence and create supporting marketing plans that effectively target both mass market and individual target segments for each development (localised campaigns, media and PR);
Develop key brand collateral and content (both digital and offline), sales tools and other resource development such as educational content, case studies etc;
Create and execute tailored, data-driven and integrated campaigns that generate a high volume of quality leads through digital channels, above the line media and direct marketing ;
Analyse sales journey to understand how inbound marketing activity converts customers, and optimise marketing channel performance and lead nurturing accordingly (automation, personalisation, content strategy, landing pages, call to action etc);
Track, measure and report upon the success of all marketing activities including budget, forecasting and campaign performance, providing reports to senior business stakeholders on a regular basis; and
Development and implementation of Salesforce CRM (in conjunction with the Reside Management team), optimising data and functionality to support the marketing strategy.
This is a fast paced, project environment that requires an experienced marketer with a background in property development or project development, lead generation, digital, campaign management and creative content development. To be considered for this role, you must have the following;
5 + years’ experience in digital marketing and campaign management gained in a property development or in a relevant project development context;
Proven experience in creating and delivering integrated, targeted marketing campaigns to key market segments;
Proficient in the application of marketing automation to analyse and optimise marketing performance (using dynamic workflows) to improve lead nurturing and increase conversion;
Extensive experience in end to end campaign management, from data analysis, and segmentation through to content creation, channel delivery, tracking and reporting;
Experience in conceptualising and creating brand collateral (print and digital), and sales support materials;
Previous experience in leading and managing a small team of marketing specialists;
A data-driven marketer, strong communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, project sales environment; and
Familiarity with WordPress, Salesforce and the Adobe Creative Suite would be highly regarded.
