**JOB PURPOSE**

GWS Transform and Regional Enablement Supply Chain Senior Manager is responsible for enabling Divisional Supply Chain Directors for each Line of Business (GWS Enterprise, GWS Local, Project Management) within the APAC region deliver their specific annual objectives including transformation activity whilst leveraging wider supply chain. Facilitate, govern and drive execution of both Regional/Country Joint Supply Chain plans for supply chain activity that works across lines of business and supply chain Maturity Assessment and Improvements for each Country/Region on our journey to world class. Provide Operational Support for including processes, playbooks, training for supply chain programs and activity in country/Region that works across Lines of Business. Plan, scope, develop, implement, train and report on supply chain transformation projects that work across lines of business including cost saving initiatives.

**KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE**

+ Regional Enablement: Create/drive & govern Regional/Country Joint cross LoB Plans to support each Line of Business meet their objectives, efficiently, without duplication and effectively leverage support from One CBRE wider supply chain.

+ Regional Enablement: Operational Supply Chain Support & Supply Chain Maturity Improvement.

+ Own Program End to End Operating Procedure for Operational Supply Chain and Supply Chain for Countries/Region.

+ Implementation of Transformation Initiatives: Provide Supply Chain ‘hands on’ support within the APAC region to GWS key global/regional Initiatives globally that work across Lines of Business e.g. transformational cost savings, Move Up Initiative, support New Product Areas, support existing Divisions with specific challenges/opportunities and M&A activity harnessing one CBRE supply chain to support the initiatives.

+ Implementation of Cost Saving Initiatives: Provide ‘Hands On’ support for key GWS multi-functional transformational cost saving initiatives in Region with supply chain element. e.g. initiatives to improve efficiency and Operations, increased use of shared service centres, use of emerging technology, support in-direct spend opportunities.

+ Implementation of Supply Chain Transformation: Assist with implementation of Supply chain transformation initiatives to benefit each Line of Business and account.

+ For each supply chain transformational initiatives where supporting/contributing, specific tasks include: identifying needs, scoping requirement, developing business case, creating programs, identifying and sharing best practice, create & execute implementation plans, governance, design playbooks, develop and deliver training programs to enable accounts and Divisions within each LoB to realize the benefits of each program in efficient and frictionless manner.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Specific duties include but are not limited to the following essential job functions:

Regional Enablement – Regional/Country Joint Supply Chain Plans

+ Own End to End Operating Procedure for Joint Supply Chain Plan at Regional and Country level.

+ Create, drive and own Regional/Country Joint cross Line of Business supply chain Annual Plans. ensure supply chain requirements for each Line of Business and Divisional Supply Chain requirements are identified and met through aligned support from One CBRE supply chain.

+ Create and oversee detailed implementation plan

+ Establish appropriate Joint Plan governance meetings at regional, global, local level with appropriate cross functional, CBRE supply chain and line of business representation to ensure each Line of Business supported

+ Facilitate implementation of transformation initiatives – CBRE, GWS, cross LoB within the region through incorporating into the Joint Plans and ‘hands on support’ to implement specific initiatives in the region and in countries.

+ Create processes and procedures for activity across Lines of Business. Work with wider supply chain to organise support to meet the objectives

+ Provide ‘hands on’ supply chain support for high impact supply chain activity as required especially where supports across lines of business

Regional Enablement – Operational Supply Chain Support & Supply Chain Maturity Improvement

+ Own Program End to End Operating Procedure for Operational Supply Chain in region based on 2 measures 1) supporting customers in each Line of Business through the life a contract and 2) Supply Chain maturity within the Country/Region

+ Lead cross-functional program in region for assessing and improving Supply Chain maturity across key focus areas for each country to drive progress locally towards world class supply chain for each line of business Program involves assessment, creation and execution of action plans to improve supply chain within the country.

+ Facilitate support from wider supply chain and from Lines of Business supply chain and business leaders to improve supply chain maturity.

+ Proactively work with the wider supply chain team to share business requirements, improve implementation and adoption of supply chain capabilities – for example – category management, operations, technology, policy, analytics, supplier programs, operations support, DE&I are visible

+ Design and oversee maturity improvement model and internal Governance for regional and country Joint Annual Supply Chain Plans focused on ensuring supply chain requirements for each Line of Business are identified and met through aligned support from One CBRE supply chain.

Support Key GWS Initiatives

+ Support Transform and Enable Directors delivery of GWS key initiatives in APAC region that have significant supply chain element and work across multiple lines of business.

+ Current GWS Key initiatives include support development & implementation of new product areas, M&A, DE&I, ESG, cost savings, support existing Divisions with specific challenges/opportunities.

+ Support execution of business case development, pilot and wider roll-out ensuring creation of playbook, guidance, and training to enable accounts in lines of business to utilise and adopt easily.

GWS Transformational Cost Saving Initiatives – Value

+ Support delivery of key GWS multi-functional transformational cost saving initiatives in Region with supply chain element. e.g. initiatives to improve efficiency and Operations, increased use of shared service centres, use of emerging technology, support in-direct spend opportunities

CBRE and GWS Supply Chain Transformation Program and Implementation

+ Assist with implementation of Supply chain transformation initiatives to benefit each Line of Business and account.

+ Development of Supply chain processes, procedures & tools on Supply Chain Transformation Programs in GWS maximising standardisation across Lines of Business and ensuring easy to use.

+ Utilize CBRE, GWS and supply chain technologies and platforms to support Transformational initiatives within GWS

GWS SC Transformation Program – Communication, Engagement and Support

+ Report and actively promote progress on implementation of supply chain Transformational Programs within region including maturity matrix, progress to objectives of Joint Supply Chain Plans, adoption of transformation initiatives and include tangible examples of value to CBRE accounts and customers)

+ Ensure transformation initiatives are included in supply chain plans and maturity assessment for each country and assist in communication to multiple stakeholders using a variety of approaches: briefings, reporting, events, social media.

+ Work with GWS LOB, GWS SC and CBRE Supply chain team to use and demonstrate the benefits of the initiatives and actively promote in a globally consistent manner tailoring locally as appropriate across the business MDs, AD’s, Sales and Solutions , customers and suppliers.

Collaborative Development of the business.

+ Contribute to implementation of business top imperatives and functional objectives through effective working with CBRE departments by identifying and delivering supply chain value.

+ Work collaboratively with GWS Supply chain Divisional leads to support them meet their business objectives through implementation and benefit of supply chain transformation initiatives.

+ Working effectively with GWS Supply Chain functions – Supplier Programs, Operations Enablement and CBRE supply chain teams – category management, operations and technology, Corporate Supply Chain in accordance with CBRE supply chain operating model to provide the required support to the supply chain teams within each Line of Business – PJM, GWS Enterprise, GWS Local.

Success Measures:

Achievement will be measured as follows:

+ Achievement of specific Supply Chain targets (including financial) to support GWS business plan

+ Achievement of each of the Divisional Supply Chain Directors Targets to support Annual Divisional Plan in the Region (GWS Local, GWS Enterprise, Project Management).

+ Tangible evidence of improvement on supply chain maturity for the Region/Country showing progression against defined roadmap to GWS and CBRE world class supply chain.

+ % of adoption of specified Transformation initiatives by Line of Business, Country, and Account

+ Evidence of mandatory actions as part of governance for supply chain Transformation Programs e.g Joint Plans, Regional governance meetings, maturity reviews

+ Outcome of GWS Supply Chain Transformation Program – tangible value to customers – financial and non-financial

+ Quantity, quality and positive feedback on processes and training.

+ Client and internal stakeholder (Business and supply chain) feedback.

+ Employee engagement, retention, and development of GWS Transform and Enable team.
