Reporting directly to the General Manager, Growth Intelligence, this is a newly created role within our Growth Intelligence Centre. A role that you can own, you will work closely with cross-functional leaders to develop and steward an industry leading understanding of our audiences and where they’re headed. We are empowered and driven to deliver compelling research that directly drives growth and will underpin the strategic direction of News Corp. **What’s the role**

+ Consistently champion and drive world class work – Lead the design and delivery of the audience insights program to inform the company wide executive of growth opportunities.

+ Forward-thinking collaboration – Transition insights activities from tactical support to strategic partnerships, proactively informing, and influencing with a focus on forward looking, insights-based decision making.

+ Drive audience growth through fewer, bigger intelligence outputs relevant across business units, complemented by targeted bespoke work

+ Build a high performance, highly motivated team with an empowered culture at the core.

+ Insatiably challenge the status quo, bring a passion for continuous business improvement.

+ Simplify & remove duplication. Standardise process and outputs wherever possible to have a comprehensive and consistent perspective.

+ Manage multiple work streams, own decisions, handle big budgets and communicate clearly at every level of the business.

**Who are you?**

+ Significant experience in Customer Strategy, Customer Insights, Research, or Equivalent.

+ As leader you are deeply passionate about building capabilities and turning good people into great. You have a deep understanding that all roads lead to culture.

+ Industry-leading understanding of advanced and novel quantitative research methodologies.

+ Exceptional ability to dissect and interpret the underlying commercial needs of insights requests, assess the expected outcomes of an engagement, and manage research needs based on the underlying return on investment.

+ Ability to architect advanced audience models and connect disparate informationsources.

+ Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management.

+ Passionate about contemporary data platforms and technology, insights platforms, and emerging quantitative methodologies that can improve our insight capabilities.

+ Proven track record in navigating change and ambiguity.
