In line with our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service to our New Home customers, an opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance & Warranty Inspector to join our Home Assurance team. Based across the greater Northern suburbs of Melbourne .
Reporting to our Home Assurance Manager, you will use your extensive building industry experience to supervise resources in the provision of warranty and maintenance services for our new home customers. As a professional communicator with the ability to problem solve, the key to your success will be to professionally engage each task in a well-planned, fully accountable manner where your commitment to service excellence, quality and delivering results is second to none.
This role requires a resilient, solutions-oriented individual who has strong experience engaging customers across challenging queries. Your ability to engage and address client’s needs, problem solve and deliver outstanding levels of customer service will define your success.
