Home Care Operations Manager – (Community)
This represents a unique opportunity to join an exciting & innovative new Group offering high quality Home Care Packages across the community.

You will oversee along side the CEO all of the operations, budgets, staff & workforce management, talent pooling, improvement strategies and Business Development.

The focus will be on providing leadership to ensure the highest standards are maintained. 

  • $130,000 – 150,000 + super 
  • Working within a highly supportive CEO
  • Reporting to a Dynamic manager who has been with the organisation since they started 5 years ago.
  • Planning for the future of aged care and making a real difference. 

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in community / Home Care (Aged Care or Disability) in the setting up and delivery of home based care services.
  • AHPRA Registration as a Div 1
  • Tertiary qualification in Management, Aged Care, or Business – desirable
  • Knowledge & a deep technical understanding of Home Care Packages including Commonwealth Care levels, assessment criteria & standards of operation.
  • Solid business & commercial acumen.
  • Strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
