  • We require people with the below experience:

  • Relevant education, cert or degree in HR required
  • Prior experience supporting senior management within logistics/manufacturing
  • Strong administration skills and strong PC skills with good knowledge of the Microsoft Package
  • Level of maturity with ability to laugh and have fun
  • Some of your responsibilities may include :

  • Prepare and process HR documentation such as employee agreements, variations and letters
  • Conduct Exit Interviews and processing of payroll documentation
  • Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics
  • Coordinate the end to end recruitment process – including posting advertisements, scheduling interviews and reference checking (blue collar and adhoc)
  • Coordinate New Hire Onboarding programs (adhoc), HR filing and maintenance of training and personnel files
  • Coordination of meetings and warehouse activities
  • Provide general HR advice to line managers in accordance with relevant EBA
