This position is classroom based and will be a blend of co-teaching and individual teaching. They will assist staff in planning and catering for students on ICP’s across different age and learning levels.
There will be case management responsibilities that will have them consulting with families and other stakeholders in refining and improving educational outcomes for their case management students.
