HPE currently has an opportunity in Sydney for an energetic Inside Sales Leader. You will make your mark leading South Pacific’s Inside Sales function.
You will lead a team of Inside Sales Account Managers and 2 Team Leaders within the function. You will also generate inside selling activity, develop new business opportunities, and work strategically with customers. You will be a member of the South Pacific Leadership team and act as a trusted advisor influencing the business and driving overall performance.
As Inside Sales Leader you will: –
+ Set functional, operational and strategic priorities
+ Cultivate strong professional relationships with key decision makers in assigned accounts across SMB, Enterprise, Government and the partner ecosystem
+ Be able to coach and manage team members tailoring for varied skills levels – from Graduate level to Team Leader level
+ Provide direction, leadership, coaching, and removing barriers as needed to enable the team to execute their roles and achieve objectives and goals
+ Create a working culture that is conducive to individual growth, high performance, focused on customer success and is challenging and rewarding – both in office and virtually
+ Develop tactics to generate new sales
+ Build, monitor and orchestrate sales pipeline activities, as well as develop and close new opportunities
+ Own the execution of programs ensuring maximum efficiency, growth, and customer satisfaction
+ Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen
+ People management experience in sales with track record of building/managing high performing IT Inside Sales teams
+ Track record of achieving/overachieving sales goals
+ Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
+ Highly developed business acumen and negotiation skills
+ Ability to work effectively with extended and cross-function teams in a matrix environment
