Join this collaborative team requiring a Change and Integration Manager to assist and lead projects across our Sales and Marketing function. You can be based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne with a blend of office and remote working.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Leading sales integration and change projects.

* Driving cross functional stakeholder collaboration.

* Establishing structured reviews for each project to track achievement, and reporting updates and outcomes to the GM.

* Achieving optimized project outcomes.

* Providing advice to stakeholders and acting as the initial escalation point for the resolution issues.

* Seeking and implementing continuous Improvements.

Were seeking a lateral and analytical thinker, who thrives in an ever changing environment and wants to contribute to the positive evolvement within our business. Working knowledge of CRM’s is highly regarded, as is knowledge of the logistic industry.

Tertiary/T.A.F.E. qualified in relevant management, business, and project management or sales & marketing field. Alternatively, extensive project management or other relevant experience.

Proven management or project roles, preferably within a logistics environment. Multiple years’ experience in a similar or related role.
