**What we’re doing…**
With us, you’ll experience collaboration. You’ll be part of our Hometrack Tribe. Hometrack provides property data and technical platform solutions to customers in the financial and government sectors. The newly formed Product and Customer Experience team within the Hometrack tribe works together with the Commercial team to create solutions tailored to our customer’s needs. It is the core knowledge centre for Hometrack’s products to meet customer priorities and thus drive the priorities of the Hometrack engineering and data teams.
In this role, you will collaborate with Experience Designers and Product Managers to understand target experiences and translate them into interfaces that support our customer & user needs and that are aligned with the REA brand.
While no two days are ever the same, you can expect to:
+ Define visual elements, product elements, and overall design for the Hometrack Product Suite
+ Working alongside the Senior UX Designer to translate customer insights and research into solutions and applications that can be developed by the squad
+ Create, test and iterate interface and interaction prototypes for all new proposed products or features
+ Effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholders.
+ Design and create web elements that optimize user interaction and experience
+ Create and implement interaction models and user interface specifications
+ Collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs
+ Ensure interactions are consistent with results from user research
+ Measure human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design
+ Assist the UX designer by creating appropriate user interface design and interaction designs as required for customer proposals.
**What we’re looking for…**
+ Someone who understands the difference between UI and UX Design as well as website and web app supporting workflow
+ Experience in designing from greenfield (not just incremental improvements)
+ Expert knowledge of UI design principles and techniques
+ An artistic eye for design, user interaction, functionality, and readability
+ A creative approach in problem solving and a demonstrated aptitude in analysing problems and strategising for better solutions
+ B2B product experience will be highly considered
+ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, or related field
