Ensures that Executives and Assistants understand their role and responsibilities
Ensures they and the Executives and Assistants live and breathe the Mindshare values everyday
Coaches Executives and Assistants regularly to deliver their work to a high standard and in a timely manner
Coaches Executives and Assistants to grow their media knowledge (Using groupm Knowledge tools)
Delegates work effectively to Executive and Assistants throughout implementation process
Works with Associate Director on the career development of Executives and Assistant (monthly traffic light catch ups, career development discussions, KPis, on the job/classroom training and development)
Ensures Executives and Assistants receive positive and constructive feedback on a regular basis and in a timely manner
Embodies the team vision as set by the GID and HOD/HOI
Possesses a pro-active mentality/approach to their work
Conducts themselves in line with Mindshare Professional Etiquette Guidelines
Maintains a positive, motivating and inspiring team culture
Works collaboratively with client team across all disciplines throughout the campaign development process ensuring they deliver work in a timely manner
Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the AMF and the roles and responsibilities at each stage
Applies the AMF according to the unique requirements of each brief
Ensures they and team are using GroupM Knowledge tools (Roambi/GroupM Knowledge interface)
Ensures they deliver gold standard documents/presentations 100% of the time (including Optimised Channels documents, media schedules and PCA decks)
Attends and contributes in ideation sessions for their client
Briefs media partners with ideas as agreed with Connections Planner (using Mindshare templates)
Collaborates effectively with the broader client team to build out the Optimised Channel approach (how we are going to use each channel)
Interprets relevant data sources to build insights that lead the Optimised Channel thinking (i.e. GroupM Knowledge, EMMA, Roy Morgan, Nielsen) and includes insights in all recommendations
Ensures innovation is present in all recommendations and in line with client roadmap
Supports the team and manages buying across their brands and does some buying if required
Negotiates added value as part of every campaign (beyond groupm rates) and track and report accordingly
Ensures they and Executives and Assistants understand the GroupM compliance/audit process and thus delivers 100% across their clients
Works with Connections Planner to determine KPIs and delivery benchmarks for each component of the media plan
Aligns client campaign implementation process to groupm AdOps agreed process/timeline/SLAs to ensure campaigns are trafficked and live in a timely manner
Attends boost meetings to determine real-time campaign optimisation recommendations
Ensures accurate and timely reporting in line with client requirements (including final buys, PCAs, invoicing and optimisations)
Checks all outputs with Associate Director/Group Investment Director at all times to ensure quality assurance
Ensures all communication to internal and external stakeholders is clear and delivered in a timely manner
Enhances the agency product by developing and sharing market insights, case studies etc at Investment Huddles
Has good knowledge of groupm products and services and applies to their client as relevant
Has trusted relationship with media owners, clients and agency partners (at relevant level)
Has a clear understanding of the clients category
Helps to deliver Exchange related strategy to increase/maintain client TRR/appraisal scores
Attends client WIP meetings when relevant
Delivers a well-informed POV in all meetings
Assists with delivering high Mediai survey results through best practice media relationships (including market leading briefing and feedback process)
Has a thorough understanding of media owner product suites
Has an understanding of media trends (including GroupM Knowledge and SMI data)
Understands and delivers GroupM/client deals
Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders – Mindshare and groupm at both a local and global level
Seeks pro-active opportunities for their clients
Responds to clients and media owners in a timely manner consistently managing expectations
Understands contractual and commercial client requirements e.g. bonus-malus and financial penalties
Ensures invoicing procedure is adhered to – sign off on all pro-formas mandatory
Ensures all financial processes are followed with 100% accuracy (bookings and loadings)
Alerts Director/Associate Director if there are significant changes in forecast numbers
Manages media budget for client portfolio to ensure no overspends occur
Assists with delivery of local and global audit requirements
Ensures theirs and Executives and Assistant’s timesheets are completed in a timely manner
Assists Client Leaders with identifying new revenue opportunities (e.g. Mindshare differentiators, groupm products)
